Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods via Western Bid:

  You can pay securely with your PayPal account.
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard)
  Pay directly using your bank card through a secure payment gateway.
• Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)
  Bank payments can be accepted from international buyers via Western Bid.

Order Processing

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 2-5 business days, but the period could increase up to 21 business days due to large number of orders.

But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days. Also, sending and preparing/shipping (delivery) are two different processes, each with its own timeline.

Postal Services are GLS, UPS, DPD, FedEx.

• European countries:

• Other world:
  Standard worldwide First Class shipping — 3-4 weeks
  Express delivery — 7-12 business days

• Standard worldwide First Class shipping to Africa — 40 dollars $
• Express delivery shipping to Africa — 50 dollars $

Note that shipping to EU, India, Switzerland, Great Britain and Ireland, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil can also be subject to customs taxes based on your local laws.
