GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Please inspect goods immediately. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.

Consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended):

“A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below.”

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Note: Personal engraved items are not subject to return.
